About Us

       DDC Excavating began as David Deal Construction in 1988. David started the company with a single backhoe. He had worked on commercial projects all over the greater Nashville area for years. He started his own company doing it for himself and never looked back. David began to grow the company with his two sons.

      Throughout the years, they have worked on many large projects such as the Opry Mills Mall, Cool Springs Galleria, Bellevue One Place, Nashville Convention Center, and many more commercial projects all across Nashville, Franklin, etc. 

        Fast forward to today, his son Ricky now owns and operates DDC Excavating. We are a family owned and operated business, with Ricky's four sons, brother, and wife all playing a role in the company. 

      With DDC Excavating, no job is too big or too small. From large excavation and storm projects, to underground utility work, to building you a driveway, DDC can do it all!
